My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice but very small, and I had to pay extra for valet parking, which was a downside. However, the staff, especially Rebecca, was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, being close to the Riverwalk and the Alamo, perfect for exploring downtown San Antonio. The dining options were satisfactory but a bit limited at times. The facilities were decent, and the hotel offered laundry services and tour/ticket assistance.
